Pain Treatment

Lumbar and Cervical Hernias

Lumbar and cervical disc herniations are complaints of pain, numbness and weakness as a result of the structure that acts as a cushion between the vertebrae shifting in a different direction than normal, causing pressure on the nerves. The most important reason for its formation is mechanical forces. Weight gain, lifting heavy loads, heavy physical work, repetitive strains, sudden bending and turning are risky for lumbar and neck hernias.

The aim of the treatment of lumbar and cervical disc herniation is to reduce pain and muscle tension, eliminate the imbalance of strength between the muscles, reduce occupational stress, ensure proper posture and increase body functionality. For this purpose, various physical therapy and rehabilitation practices are performed specifically for each patient.

Knee and Shoulder Joint Pain and Limitations

The most common joint pain occurs in the knee and shoulder joints where movements occur most. Determining the cause of joint pain is the first step in treatment.

Various diseases, excess weight, sports activities, accidents, inflammation and psychological problems can cause joint pain.

In cases of joint pain, redness, swelling and fever lasting more than three days, a doctor should be consulted.

Arthrosis (Calcifications)

Over time, wear and tear on a person's muscles, bones, joints, tendons and ligaments due to use causes negative changes in the normal structure. It may cause pain in muscles and joints, a stinging sensation, pain in the joints that occurs with movement and continues with rest in the future.

A special rehabilitation program is prepared according to the person's complaints.

The aim is to reduce the load and stress on the joint, renew and heal itself in the worn and problematic area, and eliminate the person's complaints.

Nerve Compression

It can occur in the spine, arms and legs for any reason. Pain, numbness, loss of sensation, weakness in the muscles may occur, spinal herniations at any level in the spine, edema due to overuse of joints in the arms and legs, and rapid weight gain such as during pregnancy may be the cause. It is effective in genetic predisposition. According to the complaints, a personalized physical therapy and rehabilitation program is planned and implemented.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia Syndrome is a chronic disease that causes pain, stiffness and tenderness in muscles, tendons and joints. It manifests itself with widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood problems. Fibromyalgia increases painful sensations by affecting the way the brain processes pain signals. In other words, even if there is no physiological symptom of the disease, a feeling of illness occurs because the processing of signals in the brain is affected.

Fibromyalgia treatment is studied in the field of pain management. Effective results can be achieved in the treatment of fibromyalgia by using physical therapy, alternative medicine and relaxation techniques. During the treatment process;
